Since becoming active in real estate brokerage over 25 years ago, I have concentrated on the commercial, industrial and land areas of real estate. I have assisted many companies (both franchised and independent) with locating sites for their businesses and have sold hundreds of acres of land throughout the state of Georgia on behalf of banks, individuals and corporations.
I am active in real estate industry trade organizations, with current memberships in The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
I am Proud to be a Hall County Native. My community is extremely important to me and in 1983, I began serving the City of Oakwood. Since that time, I have held positions on the Oakwood Planning Commission, the Oakwood Development Authority and in January, 2024 was sworn in to begin my fourth term on the Oakwood City Council. I am able to use the knowledge gained during more than 3 decades of serving the City of Oakwood to help my clients with planning and development.
My husband of over 30 years, Tony Millwood, is also a Hall County Native. His passion is Lake Lanier and is active in efforts to preserve the integrity of Lake Lanier for future generations. Tony retired from Bank of America Home Loans in 2016 after 26 years and continued his career as a Mortgage Lender until 2024 , when he completely retired.
My goal is to help my clients achieve their commercial real estate goals by providing exceptional, dependable, personalized service.
My philosophy is “God First, family second and everything will fall in place".”.
